Check-In: 3:30-5:30 pm on Sundays
Check-Out: 9-10 am on Sundays
Registration is from 3:30-5:30 p.m. on Sundays. Coming early? While we appreciate the enthusiasm, we are not set up to provide early registration. Please plan to be here until your child is registered. Your camper’s first meal here is Sunday supper and their last meal here is the following Sunday breakfast. Check out is from 9-10 am on Sundays during kids camps.
Because our time between camps is needed to prepare for the next group of campers, it is very important to pick up your child by 10 am. Any child left after 10 am will be charged an additional $15 per 15 minutes.
To ensure your child’s safety, campers are only allowed to leave after we verify that the photo ID of the adult picking them up matches your instructions to us.
Campers staying for the following week will be cared for by staff between camps, their laundry done, and will be fed lunch while waiting to check in for their next camp.
Note: If you are dropping off one child and checking in another for the next session, you can leave your 2nd child when you pick up your 1st (as long as their registration is in order and paid in full) for an additional charge of $25.00.

We ask that you not bring pets with you to Leoni Meadows. Pets indoors can cause allergy issues for other guests during and after your stay. Pets outdoors can disturb the local wildlife, or become a meal for other local wildlife. In addition, we can’t predict, and certainly can’t be responsible for, how each pet will react to other guests. Your precious friend at home will truly be more comfortable at home.
-
Leoni Meadows is located in the Sierra Nevada foothills. Summer can get into the 90s and winter often includes snow and freezing temps.
